A plot map of the Toll Brothers Traccia Community has been provided with the parking places highlighted. Note that the north west side of the community has 7 parking spaces for approximately 130 homes and the north east side of the community has only 6 parking spaces for approximately 80 homes. The rest of the community has 29 parking spaces for 125 homes of which the clubhouse, pool and tennis areas also use these parking areas.
The community has recently announced that 75% of the homes are now sold. The designated parking currently gets full at night and on the weekends. Our management company, Taylor Management along with the association board, told us if there are no parking spaces available within the community, to park off the community property. When explained that there was no parking available off the property. They said the homeowner should park at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino and call someone to pick them up. The Red Rock Hotel and Casino is over a mile away.
